Lawyer Ivan Toskov is a member of Bar Association, Plovdiv. He graduated the “Paisiy Hilendarski” University of Plovdiv in 2005 with acquired “Master of Laws” degree. During his university education he participated in practical courses at Bar Association of Pontevedra, Spain and worked at the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Sabadell, Spain.

After graduation, he worked as legal counsel in one of the biggest Bulgarian companies "Bella Bulgaria" SSC, where he provided comprehensive legal services to all more than 25 companies in holding company structure.

Later, he worked as a lawyer and a senior lawyer at the international Law Firm “Manzanares International Lawyers”, with offices in several countries in Europe, Africa and South America, where he provided legal services to hundreds of local and foreign natural and legal persons in the field of property and contract law, real estate, commercial and company law.

Currently, he is a managing partner at “Toskov & Yordanov” Law Firm. He is also a qualified trustee in bankruptcy registered with the Ministry of Justice, as well as a liquidator registered with the Commercial Register kept by the Registry Agency.
